How often will I be paid?
You will be paid on the 1st and 16th of each month via PayPal. We use their mass payment system which means $0 in fees to you. The payment on the 1st is for the previous month: 16th to end of month. The payment on the 16th is for that same month, the 1st through the 15th.
How much will I be paid?
When a customer pays us, you're paid $40. It's as simple as that. It doesn't matter if they've signed up for our guitar membership or bass membership. If they come through a free trial account and upgrade within 60 days (the cookie window), you're paid $40. Even if they sign up for a one-month membership ($19.95) with a half off coupon, you're paid $40!
How long does the cookie last?
All cookies are 120 days. If you send a visitor to first and they sign up at any point within the next 120 days after that initial visit, you're paid.
First-to-Send VS Last-to-Send
Unlike many affiliate programs, we've adopted a "first-to-send" policy. We prefer to compensate affiliates that introduce a new customer to JamPlay (first-to-send) instead of affiliates that send them to our site right before they sign up (last-to-send).

In order for you to receive credit for a sale, you must be the first site to send the visitor to JamPlay. If someone else sends the visitor to JamPlay first, they get the cookie and any subsequent sales.
What is the site verification process?
Once you apply for our program, an email is sent requesting a site verification. This is a simple process to show us that you do indeed own and have control over the domain name you applied with. This is one of many steps we take to combat any potential fraud.
Can I bid on trademarked / branded terms in PPC?
No. You cannot bid on any of the following terms or any phrases that include any of the following terms:
  • JamPlay
  • Jam Play
We have a zero tolerance policy for this. If we find that you're bidding on these terms, your account will be terminated and any owed funds will not be paid.
Can I use email marketing?
Yes. However, if you're planning on having your customers click your affiliate link directly from your email (instead of going to your site first), then you must email us ahead of time to clear this.
Can I buy PPC ads?
You cannot send traffic from ads on Google Adwords / Bing directly to your affiliate link. This traffic must first go through your site. All other PPC (Twitter, Facebook, 7Search, etc) is fair game. You can buy/send traffic directly to your affiliate link through any service other than Adwords / Bing.
JamPlay vs The Competition
We're well aware that there are similar / competing products out there. Many of them are pretty damn good! As you will soon see, however, nobody comes close to JamPlay. We have created a product, brand, and sales funnel that out-converts every other product in the industry. You don't have to take our word for it. Send a set number of visitors to JamPlay and the same number to a competing product. You'll see more sales/conversions at JamPlay.
JamPlay's Conversion Rate
The million dollar question: what's JamPlay's conversion rate? This varies greatly from affiliate to affiliate. We have some converting at 1:10 while others are at 1:500. It depends on how much pre-qualifying you do on the traffic, how you link them to us, etc.
Reviewing JamPlay
If you're interested in doing a review of JamPlay, please contact us and we'll give you a login to take a look around. You're free to take site captures / video captures, etc. There's no better way to sell the service than to give a potential customer a sneak peak of what they'll get!
Can I use redirects?
If you're redirecting visitors to us for tracking purposes on your end, you MUST utilize a 301 redirect. 302 redirects, Meta Refreshes, and/or JavaScript redirects are NOT allowed.
